UV Creations and T-Series duara produced, film ko Telugu aur Hindi languages me ek saath shoot kiya gaya tha aur isme Prabhas and Pooja Hegde ne role kiya tha. isme Bhagyashree, Sathyaraj, Jagapathi Babu, Krishnam Raju, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma and Jayaram supporting roles me hai. 1970s ke Italy me set, ye film palmist Vikramaditya ke around hoti hai, jo niyati aur Prerana ke liye apne pyaar ke beech struggle karta hai.

Mithoon, Amaal Mallik and Manan Bhardwaj ne Hindi songs ki compose ki jabki Justin Prabhakaran ne Telugu songs ka compose kiya. cinematography Manoj Paramahamsa duara sambhaala jaata hai aur editing Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao duara kiya jaata hai. film ki Principal photography October 2018 me shuru huyi aur July 2021 me Hyderabad, Italy and Georgia me filming ke saath end huyi. Telugu version me 2015 ke baad se apni first film me veteran actor Krishnam Raju ko dikhaaya gaya tha aur 11 September, 2022 ko unki death ke baad Hyderabad me the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology Hospitals me 5 August 2022 ko post-COVID-19 issues ke liye bhartee hone ke baad unki final film appearance ko mark kiya gaya tha.
Originally se 30 July 2021 ko release ke liye plan banaya gaya tha, lekin COVID-19 pandemic ke kaaran isme deree huyi. Radhe Shyam Cast ko theatrically 11 March 2022 ko release kiya gaya tha aur Prabhas and Hegde, music, cinematography and production values ke performance ke purpose se critics se mixed reviews receive huyi thi, lekin iske dialogues, screenplay, direction and narration ke liye criticism receive huyi thi. kaee box office reports ki wajah se film ka box office collection disputed raha.
